The use of more and more mature processing machinery and equipment and the improvement of manufacturing technology have continuously improved the output and efficiency of PCBA
processed products. There are several types of processing equipment commonly used in PCBA processing.
PCBA processing equipment 1: printing machine
The printing machine is located at the front end of PCBA processing production line, and its main function is to print solder paste or patch adhesive on PCB circuit board. The working process
is as follows: after the mesh of the screen plate of the printing machine is aligned with the PCB pad, the solder paste or patch placed on the screen plate is offset printed on the PCB pad or the
corresponding position through the movement of the scraper, so as to prepare for the component mounting of the subsequent process for PCBA processing.
PCBA Processing Equipment II: Dispensing Machine
The main function of glue dispenser is to apply solder paste or patch glue. Its working process is to apply a specified amount of glue or solder paste to the specified position of PCBA device through
the pressure of vacuum pump. The advantage of dispensing machine is that it does not need to replace the production fixture in the production process, which greatly shortens the production cycle
and is suitable for small batch and multi-variety production.
PCBA processing equipment 3: mounter
Mounter is the core mechanical equipment in PCBA processing, also called mounter. Mainly through the pre-set conditions, the known materials are accurately taken out from the designated position and correctly installed in the designated position. The patch and production capacity of PCBA processing mainly depend on the speed and accuracy of the mounter and other functional parameters. It is also the equipment with the highest technical content, the most complex and the most expensive in PCBA processing.
Automatic mounter is a high-speed, high-precision, high-automation, high-intelligence equipment integrating precision machinery, electrical, pneumatic, optical, computer and sensing technologies.
PCBA Processing Equipment IV: reflow oven
The main purpose is to provide a stable and controllable heating environment to melt the solder pre-divided by the printer on the PCB circuit board, so that the surface mount components can be reliably combined with the solder paste on the PCB pad.
PCBA Processing Equipment V: Testing Equipment
The main function of testing equipment is to test the assembly quality and street quality of installed PCBA. The equipment used mainly includes magnifying glass, microscope, automatic optical detector, on-line tester, X-ray detection system, function tester and so on. According to the needs of testing, its installation position is the corresponding position behind the production line.
PCBA Processing Equipment VI: Repair Equipment
The main function of rework equipment is to rework and repair PCBA products that fail to pass the inspection. The tools used are electric soldering iron, BGA rework table and so on.
PCBA Processing Equipment VII: Cleaning Equipment
The function of cleaning equipment is to remove substances that affect the electrical properties of processed PCBA products or welding residues harmful to human body, such as flux. If no-clean solder is used, no cleaning is required. The equipment used for cleaning is ultrasonic cleaning machine and special cleaning liquid (cleaning water: cleaning water is a highly volatile flammable liquid, so be careful to use it safely).
